Kim & Babs in London

Last week, our colleagues Kim Tchai and Babs van Hassel visited London. The Retail Futures Event from LSN Global was taking place. During this seminar retail trends for the near future were brought to the fore. Think about ‘hackable stores’, ‘Generation I’, ‘non-linear narratives’ and ‘fantasy environments’.

Naturally, Kim and Babs also had to see the London shops with their own eyes and get a feel for the city that is one of the world’s most inspiring for retailing.
