This past year Harbor has taken on the initiative of Sustainable Business Practices. We have developed a 'Green Team' to guide us in this new direction. Harbor has always envisioned itself as the preeminent leader in not only our industry but, in our communities as well. We have expanded that philosophy to include our global community. At Harbor we have a slogan that states One Planet, One Choice, and One Goal. Through a partnership with our employees, communities, suppliers and customers, it is our goal to eliminate waste and reduce our carbon footprint on this planet. Harbor has already begun to have an effect with our initiative. We are in the process of updating our lighting fixtures at our production facility. By replacing the metal halide lamps with fluorescent fixtures we will have an energy savings of 49.7%. We have begun a recycling program for our industrial off fall that takes our plastics, wood, metal, corrugate, vinyl and stretch film to reprocessing facilities. We are currently investigating 'Green Seal' cleaning products, board alternatives and alternate packaging material. The Harbor team is, also, beginning an outline to study Life Cycle Analysis for the products we manufacture. We hope to have that in place by the end of 2006. And finally, we are looking into ways to educate our employees and their families to not only recycle at work but, to take that knowledge into the home as well. We are extremely excited about the impact we can have on this mission. We know that as long as we look ahead to what we are giving back to our children, we can not do to little.
